I feel embarrassed that I haven’t written a new post for quite a while. Two things have been going on. First of all, I did finally finish my new book, which makes me very happy indeed.

But along with that, something else transpired. I’ve been feeling very tired the last two or three weeks. I think I wore myself out working at the book diligently and conscientiously for a year and didn’t realize how stressed I was getting.

I feel a bit chagrined about this. But “better late than never,” as they say. I am definitely listening to my body now, and I think I’ve learned a valuable lesson from this experience – not to take my body for granted. I haven’t written a post until now because, to put it simply, neither my mind nor my body wanted to even think about doing such a thing.

I don’t have an awful lot to say beyond this. If you are reading these words, and you are a subscriber, thank you for hanging in there with me. I appreciate it very much. And if you are visiting this site for the first time, welcome.

As far as my book is concerned — “The Secret Promise of Aging” — it won’t be long now. I hope to publish the print version at Amazon in the next week or two, and the kindle version a little later. I’ll keep you in touch about this.

Lastly, may I remind you — as I remind myself — how important it is in this tumultuous time to pay attention to the invisible voice of wisdom in our own heart. I am so thankful for the unwavering, infinite source of peace and well-being that dwells within each of us regardless of our age and never gives up on any of us.

Who we truly are is not affected by the ups and downs of our human existence. Our spirit is truly boundless, changeless, and ageless. It’s good to share this remarkable adventure of life with you. Be well.
